We cooperated on the implementation of a unified global SAP solution to support investments, operation and the maintenance of distribution network of E-ON Czech Republic. As a sub-contractor we were involved in the transformation of integrations of the existing system into a new global solution. We provided the elaboration of a detailed solution and the execution of a new interface for the transmission of technical objects between systems of GIS GINIUS and SAP PM module.

We prepared an analysis and a web application proposal (Maintenance Portal) for the communication between E.ON Czech Republic and an external contractor in maintenance area and network operation that enables the assignment and evaluation of requests for work performance, monitoring of regional budgets allocation, the preparation of invoicing materials. We prepared a project aim, a detailed concept, an application design and we were involved in a performance team management.

We were involved in a new GIS system GINIUS implementation integration which replaced the original solution based on LIDS technology. The project involved the development and the implementation of the GIS solution and integration interfaces to surrounding company systems. G3consult worked in the management area, the proposal and the solution implementation of a new GIS system on SAP PM and the original TOMS system. This project was awarded as the Project of 2012 in the Czech Republic.
